1 HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
To create an account, first click on the icon located at the top right that says "My Account". Then click on "Register".
Next, fill out the form with the required information. You must enter a valid email address. Make sure the address you provide is correct as it will be used to communicate with you. Accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. Finally, click on "SAVE".
Once registered on the website, you will receive a welcome email. If you do not receive this email, please check your SPAM folder or contact us.
To access your account, click on the icon that you will see at the top right that says "My Account" and then on "Log In". You will be able to access your account normally from now on.
2. HOW DO I ADD AN ADDRESS TO MY ACCOUNT?
If you wish to add a shipping address, you can do so in "My Account" -> "Addresses". To delete or edit it, you can do so from the same location. You can add a new one by clicking on "Create New Address".
3. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, add the items you wish to your cart. To add a customized item to your cart, you must go to the product's webpage, choose all customizations in order without skipping any, and click the green button "ADD". If you do not see this button, you may be missing a selection or it may not display on your screen due to compatibility issues. If you are on a mobile device, try rotating the screen or decreasing the font size. If you are on a computer, try reducing the view by pressing"CTRL"+"-".
Once added, you can confirm your cart by clicking on the icon that says "CART", in the dropdown of the purchase breakdown click on "VIEW CART". If you want to purchase directly, click on "CONFIRM PURCHASE".
To finalize the order, select or enter the correct shipping address and click "CONTINUE".
Once you reach "SHIPPING METHOD", select the one that best fits your needs. The total of the products plus shipping costs is automatically calculated on the right side of the screen. Click again on "CONTINUE".
In "PAYMENT" you must select a payment method of your choice. You must accept the terms of service before processing the order. Click on "CONFIRM ORDER" and you will be redirected to the appropriate page to make the payment. Once completed, you will be redirected back to our website and see a confirmation message. You will also receive an email.

4. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, it is not necessary. You can place your order as a guest without needing an account. We recommend creating an account if you want to track an order or all your orders on our website.
5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
To know when you will receive your order, you need to consider two factors: the shipping time (depending on the carrier) you select and the manufacturing time (depending on the products in your order).
Once the preparation of your order begins, you will receive an email from [email protected] indicating the approximate shipping date of your order (resulting from the manufacturing time). You will simply need to add the shipping time to this date.

7. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
When you add your address, the shipping costs will be calculated. These costs depend on the weight of the package and the carrier. You will be able to check the shipping cost before making the payment, during checkout.
Orders over €1300 will have the option for free shipping.
8. HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?
You can make the payment via PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer, or credit/debit card, among others. You can find more information in the "PAYMENT METHODS" section in our terms and conditions.
9. CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?
You have two options for installment payments:
- PayPal Pay Later. Available in France, the UK, the USA, Spain, and Italy.
- Klarna. Financing (from 6 to 36 months) available in Germany, Austria, and Finland, or Pay in 3 (pay in 3 installments) available in Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Portugal.
All orders are processed once full payment is received, except for these contracts.
10. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR MY ITEM?
For items not manufactured by MAGOM HRC: Each item has a warranty set by the manufacturer. If you would like to know the warranty of a specific item, please contact us.
Items manufactured by MAGOM HRC: under proper use and according to the instructions provided by MAGOM HRC, the warranty duration is one year. For more information, please refer to the "WARRANTY" section in our terms and conditions.
11. CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving the item.
The conditions are as follows:
- The item must not be handled or used and must retain its original packaging.
- The item is not a custom-made product.
- MAGOM HRC will not refund shipping costs (neither to nor from).

12. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT AGAIN?
If you are trying to access your account in "My Account" -> "Log In" and you see a red message that says "Authentication Error":
- Make sure the information you are entering is correct.
- If you have an account and your email is correct, click on "Forgot your password?". Fill out the form with the email associated with your account and click "SEND RESET LINK". You will receive an automatic email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, please contact us to manually change your password.
13. I CAN'T CUSTOMIZE MY ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In this case, please contact us, and we will help you place your order.
- To prevent this from happening again, please assist us by attaching a screenshot or a video of what you are experiencing.
14. DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT?
When you enter our website, the VAT applicable to the country from which you are visiting will appear for countries within the European Union. If you visit us from outside the European Union, prices will be displayed without VAT.
VAT will automatically be displayed when you enter your billing address.
Customers from outside the European Community must pay taxes and duties in their respective countries when placing their order without VAT.

15. SPECIAL WORKS
If you request our services for a special job, such as the design and manufacture of a part, it will be processed as follows:
- Create an order with the following product: special work - initial payment. With this payment, we will proceed to create the initial design and budget.
- We will send the initial design and budget for the work to the customer for approval. If it is not accepted, the process ends here. If accepted, we will proceed to the final design and confirmation with the customer.
- The special work will be carried out once the corresponding payment is received.
16. DO YOU OFFER WORKSHOP SERVICES FOR PRODUCTS NOT PURCHASED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Yes, we respond to special requests from our customers who have purchased products from other stores or second-hand. We offer our workshop and our knowledge in radio-controlled hydraulics for any hobbyist who needs it. Please contact us to find out if we can provide the help you need.
17. When I configure a cylinder, I see "Very important" 1st 2nd 3rd... what does it mean?
This is a browser cookie issue. You can select any number and continue with your purchase, or refresh the page and it should disappear (CTRL+F5). This does not affect the purchase of the cylinder or its customization.
