RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

The customer can request the cancellation of his order if the order has not left our premises and it is not a product with specific specifications.

Once the order has been placed and confirmation has been received via email, you have a period of 14 days to cancel the order, obtaining a refund of the order without the need for any justification, except for personalized products. The refund may have associated management fees. Once the 14 days have passed, if you wish to cancel your order, the cost associated with the cancellation will be studied subject to the state of production.


If the customer's order has left our premises (in delivery), the customer must wait to receive the order to make his return. You have up to 30 days to make the return of the merchandise.
The customer can make the return of the order if the order:
- It has not been manipulated
- It is in perfect condition
- Not used
- It is not a product with specific specifications

If the shipment has been made correctly and you want to return the products, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Once the merchandise is received in correct conditions, only the amount of the products will be returned following the aforementioned refund policy.

Once received the order will proceed to the verification of the articles and their subsequent reimbursement, The shipping costs and the possible tariffs applied by means of payment will not be returned to the customer.

Any type of refund will always be made with the same method that you used to pay for the order.
