Orders with destination outside the European Union will be subject to the payment of the corresponding customs fees established by each country.

These times are the shipping time. Manufacturing time (specified in each product) and customs time (in the countries taht are required) are not included. Orders with Nacex, DHL, Zeleris and Standard are shipped daily. Orders with Correos and Zeleris MAR are shipped weekly.

Zeleris AIRE does not allow the shipment of oil. Correos does not allow the shipment of batteries without being incorporated in a model.

The tax identification number (ID number) is required for non-EU shipments with Zeleris and Standard.

The provider does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the sale cannot be carried out for reasons beyond the control of the provider.

Our guarantee does not cover the loss of orders that are sent without tracking with Correos (SN).


Some products may be available for purchase, but may not be in stock. Each item has a specified handling (manufacturing) time. This time must be added to the shipping time.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant, to the satisfaction of the client, for which reason no liability can be imputed against the provider.
