PAYMENT METHODS

You can make the payment of your orders through the following methods of payment:

1. Wire transfer. Making a bank transfer to account number

2. Credit card (1) (2).
3. Cash on delivery. Only available in Spain (peninsula) and the order must have an amount less than €400.
4. Klarna (3) https://www.klarna.com/en/customer-service/ You must be at least 18+ to use this service. If you pay on time, you avoid extra costs and ensure that you can use the services of Klarna again in the future. By continuing, you accept the Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have read the Privacy Statement and Cookie Statement.

Payment options with Klarna:

• Pay Now: full payment by credit or debit card (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal)
• Pay later (30 days): buy now and pay later. You can delay payment for 14, 21 or 30 days. (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland and the Netherlands)
• Financing (from 6 to 36 months): there is an extra final charge when the purchase is finalized. (Germany, Austria and Finland)
• Pay in 3 (pay in 3 installments): you can divide your purchase into 3 installments. The first at the time of shipment of the product, the second in 30 days and the third in 60 days from the time of shipment. (min. order: €35, max. order: €1,500). (Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal)

The order will begin to prepare once we receive the full payment. No order will be shipped if full payment has not been received with the sole exception of the contract with Klarna.

Any type of refund will always be made with the same method that you used to pay for the order.
