Hydraulic Kit for Volvo EC160E Double E Hobby Ref. E010 – Hydraulic Conversion

Transform your Volvo EC160E electric excavator (ref. E010) by Double E Hobby into a fully functional hydraulic model with this hydraulic kit designed by MAGOM HRC.

This kit includes all the necessary components for a realistic and efficient conversion. Made from high-durability materials such as steel, brass, copper, and aluminum, it offers optimal performance and great customization with options for flexible or rigid piping, as well as optional painting.

🔧 Kit contents:

• 1 brushless pump with integrated tank, silent blocks, and adjustable fittings. Includes 2x M4x4 rounded screws for proper mounting.

• 1 3-way hydraulic valve (4 or 5 ways depending on selection) with integrated chrome fittings.

• 4 Ø15 mm star-type hydraulic cylinders:

  • 2 for main boom
  • 1 for dipper arm
  • 1 for bucket

• Ø3 mm tubing: 4 m (or 3 m for the rigid piping option)

• 250 ml of hydraulic oil (we recommend always using HLP15 density oil)

• Pipe holders (design depends on selected piping option)

• 3mm pressure bushings (as many as needed for your custom kit)

• Spring for 3mm piping

• Mounting plate for the pump and valve

• 3x M3x30 pins for cylinder attachment

• 6x Special bushings for securing the cylinders

🎨 Optional painting available

• For flexible tubing: cylinders, plate, and pipe holders
• For rigid tubing: also includes pipe painting
  Tip: If painting yourself, apply gentle heat to the joints to avoid cracking the rigid piping.

📋 Additionally required (not included):

• 1 micro-servo per hydraulic line
• 1 30A brushless ESC for the pump
• 3 brushed ESCs (we recommend BS5 or CTI Thor 15HF)
• 1 connection board

🛠️ All connections come pre-applied with threadlocker to simplify installation and maintenance.
