Complete conversion kit for Volvo EC160E from Double E Hobby

This kit includes the hydraulic components for Double E Hobby's electric Volvo EC160E conversion.

We recommend using Magom HRC hydraulic oil.

It includes:

• 1 x brushless pump with integrated tank with silent blocks and two bushings. Integrated adjustable fittings. 2 M4x4 button head screws. Motor included.
• 1 x special 3-way valve. Integrated adjustable fittings. 1 x M3x4 button head screw + washer d3x0,6xD7 mm. 4-way or 5-way valve option available.
• 3 mm diameter hose (4 meters for flexible hose and 3 meters for rigid hose).
• Hydraulic oil (250 ml). Locking sleeve for 3mm hose (22 units for flexible hose and 28 units for rigid hose + 2 units per extra way in the valve).
• 1 x Spring for 3mm pipe.
• 4 x cylinders - 15 mm diameter:

             - 2 x cylinders for main arm
             - 1 x cylinder for middle arm
             - 1 x cylinder for bucket

• Holds 3mm hoses (4 for flexible hose and 5 for rigid hose).
• Plate for pump and valve support.
• 3 x M3x30 cylinder fastening pins
• 6 x special caps for holding the cylinders
• 22 x standard locking sleeve.

Includes electronics:

• 3 x Micro-servos, 4 with 4-way valve, or 5 with 5-way valve.
• 1 x 30A brushless ESC.
• 1 x brushless motor for the pump
• 3 x brushed ESC for traction and rotation.
• 1x connection board (recommended)

Paint option includes:

• For flexible hose: the painting of the cylinders, support plate and pipe clamps.

• For rigid hose: the painting of the cylioders, support plate, clamps pipes and rigid pipes.

For a 4 or 5-way valve, a 10-channel transmitter receiver is recommended.

If you want to paint it yourself (in the event that you include rigid pipe) we recommend applying a little heat to the connections to prevent the pipe from breaking. We apply screw fasteners in all the connections, in this way it is softened and easier to manipulate.
